FlexGuard® Overview

FlexGuard® products are a highly flexible, expandable sleeving that is both light-weight and rugged. FlexGuard is easy to apply and one size fits many applications. FlexGuard provides mechanical protection for various hoses, wire harnesses and other critical components requiring abrasion protection.

For typical applications, FlexGuard is designed with a standard construction to provide excellent mechanical protection, effectively extending the service life of hose and tubing applications as well as wire harnesses and other critical components.

Product Spotlight: FlexGuard® 2130

FlexGuard® 2130 is a lightweight and flexible braided sleeve designed to provide mechanical protection for most common automotive applications. Constructed of PA (polyamide) monofilament guard strands and PET (polyethylene terephthalate) support strands, this dual-monofilament blend provides an excellent balance of abrasion protection, temperature resistance, and installability.

For severe applications, FlexGuard 2130 utilizes a tight construction to provide superior mechanical protection, effectively extending the service life of hose and tubing applications as well as wire harnesses and other critical components.

Available in a dipped end version (FlexGuard 2130 LD) designed specifically for fray resistance
